Support a Cause

The Mater Little Miracles Foundation is very close to our hearts here at The Scrap Cottage, As our youngest of 4 children was diagnosed at 20wks in-utero with a very rare congenital abnormality and his prognosis at the time was not very good. We were told that he may not survive the pregnancy, let alone the birth. This was very traumatic for our family. Our son is now 14 mths old (April 2012) and is doing very well despite his condition. Our Doctor, Dr Scott Peterson is using our sons case as part of a research study to be able to provide better support and information for families diagnosed with similar conditions. So please support this great cause to better help families that are given the worst possible news about their unborn child
